Have you ever felt like you were carrying around someone else?  I know this sounds like an odd question but that’s the way I have been feeling the last two or three months.  I can’t say that it was because I was so toxic but I know that when my body doesn’t feel right, I don’t feel right.  It affects everything: my business, my social life, exercising,etc…… YUCK!

And I am the owner of a skin care studio that focuses on face and body wellness!  YES, it can happen to me too!

But, being in the business I am probably more aware of the things I need to do to get back into shape mentally and physically.  First, let me show you a list and then I’ll tell you of some things in my arsenal to get back to a healthy way of living!

WOW, that is a lot.  I know I had a few on there myself so I am about to attack this problem and I want you to come alongside with me.  It’s a lot easier when you have a partner or someone to help you along the way!
